Congratulations on the strips.
Why the switch to bw from 531? I ask because i made the opposite switch ( bw to 531)
Great question.
First of all my priorities switched, BJJ is at the top of my list now, by far.
Second, I love a routine. BW training every morning starts my day right. It's also very convenient. The plan is to add morning Cardio once the weather allows, which BW training will accommodate.
Lastly, it's super easy on the joints and easy to recover from. Surprisingly, my strength is still there as told by my BJJ teammates. And, the physique is holding up too.
I probably will get back to weights at some point, it's been a big part of my life for years.
