This is exactly what Russia would have done if they were allowed to join back in the 2000's x 10The end result will likely be that Turkey receives some kind of "bribe" and then abstains from voting, allowing Finland and Sweden in without losing face.
...but it isn't ideal that a member of Nato uses a situation like this to blackmail other members of the alliance. If more countries did that, NATO would become dysfunctional.
Pity there isn't some sort of overrule if a NATO member votes against the overall interests of NATO. Finland and Sweden will be more useful than Turkey.
