Media T.J. Dillashaw thinks Aljamain Sterling's striking is embarrassing

He’s got decent kicks. His hands are bad. His striking overall is super awkward but obviously that isn’t his bread and butter. He’s made it work all the way to a title so can’t talk that much shit.

His striking may be embarrassing but can he act?

tj might have the wrestling to stay standing or put aljo on his back. I

Unpopular opinion, I think Sterling used his striking very well against Yan the first time. Kept him guessing early and landed takedowns because of it, you don't just take Yan down effortlessly.

Sterling looked decent on the feet against Yan. You don’t need K-1 striking to be the best in the UFC. You just need to be tough and have competent enough striking.

Khabib, DC, Islam, Usman, Matt Hughes…all have pretty bad striking but they all have one skill that allowed them to beat the rest of their competition

It's really not as bad as TJ is trying to make it out to be. If it was good enough to catch Yan with a number of strikes in the first rd of the first fight before he started slowing, it's not that bad.

I wonder if TJ knows he's incredibly unlikeable.
