Usually when I travel it’s without any gear, but this trip is short so I had additional space in my bag. Feels good to try and remain consistent with tonnage and intensity even though traveling wrecks me.

Been gradually bring the bench grip in. Standard grip is middle fingers on the rings, today my pinkies were about two inches inside the rings. No noted loss to strength with the change, with keep the grip for a while and work my way back out in a few months.

After the 455 squat I wasn’t sure how the day would go as that felt pretty heavy. I drove for 8 hours yesterday and was feeling it today, but 495 was smooth. 600 looks like a formality at this point and is a long time coming.

Lost count on shrug, could have done the tenth.
