Usually when I travel it’s without any gear, but this trip is short so I had additional space in my bag. Feels good to try and remain consistent with tonnage and intensity even though traveling wrecks me.

Been gradually bring the bench grip in. Standard grip is middle fingers on the rings, today my pinkies were about two inches inside the rings. No noted loss to strength with the change, with keep the grip for a while and work my way back out in a few months.
