Yeah, when you're over 75 years old and have or are seeking what is allegedly the most consequential job in the world, you should have your cognitive abilities tested, even if it's only to make your opponents look like ridiculous partisans and science deniers with this silly "but but but we don't know if he super duper passed it" and trying to pretend passing it is bad, so instead vote for the guy who is blatantly "showing symptoms" of full blown dementia who's nearly 20 years older than when people should start getting cognitive screenings.
Nobody around Joe will have him take a cognitive test, not just because they know he has no chance of passing, but because they're worried about the real possibility of him giving the wrong answer for basic questions like what year it is.
