fight pass:

zafir-jingliang
zafir looks better for sure than he did in his debut. more muscled.
jingliang looks excellent. as good as ever.
jingliang is 1" taller

matthews-lee
lee looks amazing as always. shredded. maybe a lil bulkier than usual?
matthews also looks terrific, both guys are absolutely jacked
matthews is 2+" taller, despite being listed as the same height

fs1 prelims:

smith-mutante
smith looks good. long and rangey as usual.
mutante gigantic as usual when 185.. looks great.
smith is 1" taller despite being listed as like 4" taller..

stansbury-hendricks
stansbury looks alright, albeit a bit soft. same as during the show. should be 185.
hendricks looks decent. also just like during the show.
hendricks 2+" taller despite being listed as 1" taller.

moraga-nicolau
nicolau down to 125 and he looks solid. honestly about the same as he did at 135?
moraga looks alright despite the layoff.
they are the same size..

maynard-bruno
bruno looks alright. stocky, etc. same as usual.
maynard to 145... cheeks very sucked in.. but he looks pretty darn lean/muscled.. honestly not as bad as i thought he'd look at this weight
maynard id 1-2" taller, definitely looks bigger

fs1 main:

silva-holbrook
holbrook looks very sharp. maybe a lil better than last fight? maybe?
netto bjj looks great as always. jacked 155'er.
holbrook does look 3" taller (had shoes on on square-off)

choi-tavares
tavares looks outstanding as he always does at 145.
choi looks decent.. he never looks imposing. looks so young, hehe.
choi is 3" taller, tavares is wider.

brooks-pearson
brooks looks strong.. i think he's looked better before, but still looks good.
pearson alright.. standard for him ta 155.
brooks is 1" taller

suarez-cooper
cooper looks alright.. nothing special.. made the weight, obviously..
suarez looks alright. same as during tuf
they're the same size

rountree-sanchez
rountree jacked as he was on the show.. strong mofo.
sanchez in at 199.5, obviously will be his last fight at 205.. he looks ok. same as during tuf. in shape.
sanchez is 1" taller

gadelha-jedrzejczyk
gadelha looks good.. she's looked bulkier before, no doubt, but maybe better for her to have less mass?
JJ looks a little stronger than usual to me.
no JJ makeout staredown cause of dana, boo! (the JJ weird staredown thing)
JJ a couple inches taller, we know this, tho.

little concerned about holbrook size edge. underestimated that.

That finish was horrible. He stuck out that neck and begged Franca to choke him.
 
just watched Mathew Nicholaus vs Bruno Rodrigues

color me impressed? Nicholaus looked really sharp, and obviously has pretty insane BJJ

might take a stab on him tomorrow
 
so JJ NSC went from -2xx to -135 just now.. i'm in on -135.

also, out of nowhere, not that i expect this to hit, but pearson SUB went to +4330 from like +1600, lol. 5 bux, baby!
 
JJ DEC is now at 2.62, but I already out down 3/5U on Claudia dec at 4.00, so I dont really know what to do... Maybe use it to hedge, but I'm a bit worried of sitting with too much on the DEC.

Chin issues are pretty much always overrated by the betting market.
 
Why the hell is Amanda at +350 ? Line is OFF.

While a cursory check shows a 1-1 record, she actually has 11 amateur fights, winning 8 of them, most ITD.

Tatiana has just had 5 fights in total. Amanda has had 13.

This is WMMA.

yeah well this fernando bruno strikes like hodor from game of thrones. think maynard might actually be one of the best plays for the entire weekend, dunno how i missed this one until today.

You might be 'missing' the fact that he's washed up, chin is wrecked, etc..

That fight screams pass to me

Gray layoff
Gray terrible chin
Gray no wins in years
Bruno no striking but maybe could grind with a depleted gray? And who knows with the chin?
Also don't forget gray got out wrestled badly by Yakovlev (granted size a factor)
 
Stansbury-hendricks is a tough call

Hendricks is younger, lil bigger, more athletic ... possibly better on ground? Just haven't seen a ton of him

Stansbury is solid and all, well-rounded, but aside from experience I kinda think he's lacking? Undersized and just not explosive...

Favoring Hendricks slightly, so gotta stab at +125

Wondering the same thing. She was damned impressive on the show. Gritty. Well-rounded . Good hands.

...but man, Tatiana just gets ahold of these girls and they just fall down. She might be top-5 talent in division already if she can do the same to Cooper.
