UFC 287: Pereira vs. Adesanya 2

I think Garcia has a chance but I can also see him getting wrestle fucked for 3 rounds.
I'm waiting to see if Garcia keeps his weight in check and if his chin looks better than it did at 155. Passing on the fight since Shaiylan doesn't warrant the pricetag, but Steve hasn't looked great in the UFC against guys who aren't severely limited.

Looking at this card again. i can honestly say it sucks. So many vets vs young fighters with inexperience. And i hate the juice on the favorites. I wonder now if i should just start passing on whole cards.

The betting lines came out for this card 3 weeks ago so most of the value is unfortunately long gone. There are a lot of matchups between relatively untested specialists (Amorim, Rosas, Williams, Pyfer, Yanez) facing UFC veterans that they matchup well with and should in theory beat.

There are a lot of trap underdogs imo, not that the chalk is necessarily going to run the board, but its a possibility. Ignacio Bahamondes is the safest play on the card imo.

Holland asked Ponzinibbio to move the fight from 170 to 185 pounds.

Why in the world would Santiago accept that? He’s going to take some of Kevin’s money if he misses weight and Kevin will be depleted from the weight cut. But then again Kevin could be playing some weird mind games and/or might not even try to make weight. I’m liking my play on Santiago at +220 even more now either way.

My favorite cards are when you got -200 favorites at least 4 who are athletic ,have good records, and predominately male. They all are in the come up. And then you got like two underdogs who are in the come up as well and they also have clean records.

This entire card has a common theme 37 vs 29. If im going to parlay any underdog. Give me Arnold Allen , or a guy like that with 90% win rate.

I just looked at my parlays this week and i got michelle waterson and cavillo in both of them , like wtf was i thinking. im going broke on saturday i already know it. Going to stop entertaining most wmma and all these old farts. Alex is a good bet, i have jorge in one parlay. Don't like my chances with the senior squad.

I could see Waterson winning since it's not like Luana is very tested, but Calvillo is someone I'm steering very much away from. Even in her heyday (if you could even call it that) she was a headcase who didn't follow a smart gameplan ever.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you this week. Made some cash on MLB and NBA over the past few days so I'll just make a few parlays for PFL/LFA, withdraw the rest and, if I hit something, I'll put it on UFC. Feels weird to pass on a PPV card tho

if i could, id cashout, this is why i hate betonline. bovada placed limits on me. i'll just bite dust. I'm already pre taping the next card.

I just watched the embedded series 1-3... forgot how much I dislike Masvidal... and Burns being this genuine great guy.
Regret betting Masvidal... going to be a lose lose situation.

I also like Jorge at 5.0 odds. If nothing else he's only 2 years older than Burns and always had a good TD defense.

his mind isn't in fighting, he looks too relaxed in all the vlogs, drinking cuban coffee, eating shit, going to trump rallies. He looks like a guy about to retire.

Jack DM is a much better boxer thank you please...
I have to disagree, although not completely because Jack is top 5 for sure. The handspeed and overall smoothness of Yanez' combos are really something to behold and rarely seen outside of actual boxing. No one else in MMA really puts them together like him.

I agree,I saw that early, usually I think so about a lot of cards but eventually find good spota but is just a very tough card for that. There are some favorites though who could be playable because their oponents route to victory is probably a fine priced decision if you want to gamble with the hedge (you might lose everything though),Holland,Yanez and Gastelum to be exact. But I don't trust Ponzi or Font or Curtis enough to just play their dec lines.

Fair enough, I honestly can't argue against that and that's basically the reason he's a 5 to 1 underdog.

Anyway I'm rolling the dice on this one. We've seen crazier shit happens in every UFC PPV. Mas has power and Burns is hittable. Won't lose my sleep if Burns absolutely dominates him tho.

I wanted to bet Jorge at those dog odds but went back and watched his last 2 fights. That KO he took vs Usman was life changing, in the fight against Covington he was not the same guy, looked like he got old and the desire to win had left him, once that's gone its not coming back. Bruns isn't much younger but he has yet to show up looking like the dog in him has left.
