Scrubs and Everyone Loves Raymond - both did comedy and drama very well. Incredible writers.

The Office - the writing is uneven but picks up after the first season. Has a lot of really good episodes mixed in.
It's Always Sunny - I would go higher but it has some really uneven episodes.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force - first few season crack so hard
Upright Citizens Brigade - awesome show that got its timeslot fucked around with. Amy Phoeler got her start here
Married with Children - this show was so good as parody but I don't know if it was taken as such
South Park - Some incredibly clever episodes over the years
Simpsons - pretty iconic. Kind of set the bar for cartoons.
Rick and Morty - I know people will cringe at this because it has become a meme but the first few seasons bang so hard.
Eastbound and Down - everyone should watch this at least once
Curb Your Enthusiasm - everything that Seinfeld should have been
Kids in the Hall - my favorite sketch comedy. They were on point all the way until they got picked up by CBS.
Community - some incredibly well written episodes
Always Sunny - some perfect episodes with some uneven misses. Every one has atleast a few laughs
