Very nice event. Glad the UFC is back and just feeling happy i managed to get that draw livebet. After some great previous weeks pre-betting went negative this time. So many close fights though. Solecki almost had the finish, Marina almost had the win and the same can be said about Overeem. I wasnt so confident in the pre-bets, which is why i went with so few units on each bet. Hope everyone had a good and fun event.

Loved the time off between cards, as it really rejuvenated me.

I only taped 5 fights this card (Rothwell-Struve and Jandiroba-Martin were no-bets), but I'm looking forward to a lot of hardcore taping for the PPV next weekend.

That being said, I'm absolutely FURIOUS with myself for not getting down more than 4u on Rozenstruik when he was at plus numbers. Should have been at least a 5u spot, and if so, I would have slightly increased my other amounts to reflect my relative confidence levels.

Annoyingly, I made the exact same mistake when Rozenstruik faced Arlovski, only putting 4u on him then at -155, too. Bleh.

Bet 0.7u on Stamann vs. Song GTD at -170 after round 1, for an additional +0.4u. Should have hit that a hell of a lot harder.

Anywho, finished the night +7.4u. Can't tell if I was lucky or unlucky on the Rodriguez fight being a draw, but the Rozenstruik result was very lucky indeed.

Oh well, after hitting great value bets in the last two main events on Kattar and Jacare only to wind up losing 5.5u for it, I'll take the luck this time around.

(While not a good bet as I had thought, I don't think Rozenstruik at plus odds was a bad bet either. Overeem fought perfectly, but didn't have the cardio or wrestling to out-grapple Rozenstruik for more than 3 rounds. Thus, he was at risk in the final 2 rounds. And even a tired Rozenstruik is capable of putting you to sleep; his power never goes away.)

-6.1u, Reem fight was an almost 10u swing at the end with it going over 3.5 and that finish. Livebet was mixed but up overall, hit Yadong-Stamman Draw live at +2000 which was nice. Both Dec props failed but felt like clear value. Sayles bet was shit though, need to go over that one again, his defensive grappling looked beyond awful compared to prior fights.

I did my usual multi-bet approach.

Had 3k on Jandiroba, Muradov, Ladd and Rodriguez all to win. It would've won 10k profit.

Then had 300 on another multi, an 8 legger which was the same as above, but with Quarantillo, Solecki, and Means to win + Overeem and Rosh to not reach a decision. It would've won 3k profit.

Stood to win 13k profit.

The draw with Rodriguez fucked me up . . . or so I thought. In the end, they paid out for some rule they have about draws.

In the end, I risked 3.3k and won 5.5 profit.

I mean, it was still a good day, but yeah, that 13k was stupidly close and would've been nice lol.

Recent record over the last 3 UFC cards has been 4k, 3k, and now 5k in profit, always doing multi-bets.
