1. Homeless bum who stole the cans, most likely did it because homeless people divide sections up, Chinese dude probably doesn't know about that..Homeless bum steals it because of that reason, he feels he is not following the agreement, in his mind so those cans belong to him......Him taking the cans/etc has nothing to do with racism.


2. The Cameraman is only the real racist POS here...he is the one who said racist shit and said he hates asians...Also the crowd could be considered POS as well, perhaps some were racist if they yelled something racist.


But yeah this wasn't a racist attack.



This is like if a Homeless White guy came over to beat black dude because he thought he stole em cans, then some random Neo Nazi/KKKer shows up and decides to post on instagram while calling the black dude, the N-word.........The actual attack was not racist regardless if a racist white guy showed up and talked shit.

1. It's not clear the guy got beat up due to racism. Did you hear the guy swinging the club say anything racist? No, you heard a cameraman say it, did you see that cameraman touch the man, or do anything with any sort of aggression towards him?

And to answer your question if a black person was being filmed getting beat up by a white person and there's a white man saying "we don't like your kind around here, boy" then that black person was likely in a neighborhood he didn't belong in as evidenced by what was said. He was charged with robbery, elder abuse, a probation violation for a prior robbery conviction, and a hate crime enhancement, according to the statement

Guy is 20 and looking at spending his 20s behind bars for this incident. How do you even tell that story in prison? "Got 10 because I was on papers when I decided to abuse an old Asian man picking up recyclables"

Grayson was arrested on Thursday. Authorities alleged that Grayson was responsible for filming the video and posting it to social media. He faces charges of robbery, elder abuse, a probation violation for a prior robbery conviction, and a hate crime enhancement. One other man who was involved in the attack was identified, but the person has not yet been apprehended by authorities.
 
It’s nice to see the authorities come down hard on a situation that appeared lawless and out of control.

I'm really shocked they added the hate crime enhancement. The situation definitely deserved it though, so I'm glad.

It is good that the police made an arrest and are going after the other man. No elderly person should ever be treated like this.
