Fair point I've also seen a discrepancy in Florida's reporting but that is for traffic citations(even in California they make a quick guess on the citation) in Texas and these are for actual arrests and prosecutions made by agencies nationwide.

Most people get victimized by someone they already know who is of the same "race." These numbers have been massively decreasing(along with all violent crime) for decades. Certain people love to ignore the above for favor of the per capita stat.
