Lol, I knew as I was watching it that Chris Wallace would be the Trumpers' new pariah for making some semblance of an attempt to make Trump adhere to the rules of the debate.

to be honest, none of your points mean anything .. optics are all that matter .. trump strong Biden weak is what everyone saw

Most probably, Wallace lives in a gated community. He won't have to be concerned about riots and wars occurring anywhere near his house.

I wouldn't be surprised if Wallace was a Communist and/or Marxist-Socialist and wants to erase the true, real United States of America.

If you ever watch WWE, it was basically a 2-on-1 Handicap Match. Biden and Wallace against Donald Trump. So much for equality and fairness.

Sure bud, folks were real impressed by the performance. That’s why you’re in here bitching about the moderator. Because Trump looked so strong!
 
Listened to most of the event. This “debate” is just sad.

Trump acted like a child, interrupting constantly and struggling to get his points across. He didn’t debate in an intelligent manner and really didn’t offer anything substantive, just a couple of zingers.

Biden point-blank refused to answer questions and was let off the hook more than once. He wouldn’t denounce Antica. He also flip-flopped on issues like the green new deal. If anyone had sense they’d see he’s obviously a spineless wimp who will be dominated by aggressive elements of the Left.

Wallace was a disgrace. He asked Trump loaded questions, bailed Biden out and ended up joking with Biden late in the debate. Terrible job as a moderator. Trump may have brought some of it upon himself by being so combative and disrespectful of the rules early, but the questions were inexcusable.

Reports of Trump refusing to denounce white supremacists are false. He said he would do so and asked for examples, then followed through. Probably he should clarify his language a bit and do so in stronger terms.



If I were a US citizen, I’d be really unhappy that these were the two major party options. What a circus.

he did .. that’s why the democrats are trying to get out of further debates .. they know biden came off weak .. why expose him to that again ? he doesn’t gain anything from getting beat down by Trump again

Trump should definitely have been more respectful of the rules. What he did early looked ugly, and I believe both that Trump would have been able to better make his points and Joe would have made more mistakes for Donald to capitalise on if Trump had listened when Biden was speaking.

From the outside, it seems like many in the US are tired of all the yelling and histrionics. Trump’s base may love his bluster but he won’t win new voters over carrying on like that. He should take it easier in future debates.

Optics aside, can you remember any points Biden made about anything? His biggest problem was he was too much of a coward to ever go into specifics. He was so vague he ended up saying essentially nothing. At least Trump made concrete statements.
