Black Ops: Cold War (Call of Duty)

ALCON:

Free MP access (you needn't own BO: CW) for the next week until 24.12, which is being split up by modes into two MP experiences (but download/install are one in the same so you just log in and compete); wave 1 moves to 2 on 21.12 at which point focus moves on from TDM, Dom, for example, to Hp and Dirty Bomb rather.

Also, heard yesterday flamethrower will be making a comeback.

Flamethrower would be sick. Man, I really wish they stuck with the specialist abilities with the Black Ops series. Firebreak in BLOPS3 and 4 was sooooo fun to use.

I still play this with my friends just about every day. I have pretty much stopped caring about KDR at this point and am focusing on levelling up guns and stuff. My EDR is sitting around 1.7 and my true KDR for TDM is sitting around 1.4, normally I would not be pleased with these numbers but with SBMM being a thing I can't really complain too much. If I played super tryhard every match I could probably raise it a bit but also then I will be constantly stuck in tryhard ELO so idk I guess there's no point really lol.

Recently been messing around with LMGs with suppressors and recoil reducing attachments and with the variable scope. Shit is actually kind of OP lmao. It pretty much has no recoil even when using the higher zoom and it kills fast since it's an LMG despite the suppressor. I think suppressors are a bit underrated right now, people don't tend to use them too much and you can tell people get confused when you're shooting them with it because they aren't used to it.

KSP has been amazing since the patches. It's a budget M16/AUG but it basically is as good as them just not at range. Dual wielding magnums is OP.

Game is fun but still needs to fix some shit. Teammates not appearing as icons on the mini map is still happening. Lobbies not refilling when your teammates leave is still happening. People's guns pointing one way but then shooting another way is still happening.

Why do I always get "kill confirmed" games despite specifically de-selecting it on game types? I hate that shit.

This usually is the case when one has selected their preferred modes but too any X v X party mixups (like 10v10) or then a moshpit which unbeknownst to them includes what comp they otherwise wouldn't queue for. Filter settings applying can also be broken ATM, of course.

Glad to hear it, dude, and appreciate the info. Are there persistent lobbies yet or still disband and repopulate after every match? I really miss the camaraderie and nemeses that are fostered as a result of the former approach.

Lobby still disbands and repopulates. Sometimes you get the same people but often not. Just another fantastic feature of SBMM lol. You are right though, it was satisfying to be matched up against the same group and beat them and make them quit out the lobby. Or sometimes we would have to back out like cowards if they keep shitting on us hahaha

I've literally got kill confirmed and Nuketown 7/7 of my last games. It's really pissing me off.

Just bought it on sale, question can you not save blueprint weapon setups, so annoyed that i cannot save weapon loadouts when i swap weapons in warzone. Also in the base blackops game.

How much, if I may ask? And yeah, if I understand you right, some weeks ago they officially divorced universal loadouts unto each media (CW, WZ, MW) so you've effectively 24+ loadout slots without crossover amongst them if playing all three. On saving b/ps where you've tinkered with any modularity or aesthetic, you should be able to (save and send to armory) but you first need rename it something to distinguish it from the b/p entry, iirc. Your armory, unlike loadouts, is still media universal.

Where there is no save for black ops weapons in warzone only MW weapons have a save.

Its $44.99

Had a lot of fun in fatally-quartered Nuketown today, reminding me of the literal skid rows I'd frequent in the older fringe space that was Far Cry community-engine maps (don't ask, lol); I also genuinely love some of the art direction done for CW barracks vanity. Very nice and preferable to MW, IMO. For both guns and gunplay + smith I still however thirst after IW's well.

Thats a fuck up on their part. I have no issue making loadouts with bl5 weapons in warzone. Thats all I'm running to level them up
I can make loadouts what i mean is the actual weapon blueprint that you can edit and save, modernwarfare weapons you can save but blackops ones you cannot

SBMM ruins the fun of feasting on Christmas N00bs.

I already have more time in this game than I did in MW. The gunfight maps are terrible though.

I ended up grabbing the game on sale myself. It’s the first COD game I’ve bought in years and I have to say the free week sold me. It’s an incredibly fun game but has its frustrating moments. I thought my KDR was good in TDM but once I played Hardcore TDM my KDR dropped significantly.

Upgraded the Krig and have everything for it but I have slowly been moving into the AUG for Hardcore TDM. I’ve been thinking about using the SMGs, I’m just bot sure which ones are the best. In fact, I’m not sure which guns are higher tiers and for which type of game.

the T 63 and DMR 14 are killers everywhere.

I really don't understand the beef with SBMM. Are the good players scared to play against people of similar skill? I hate when I get thrown in a lobby that I dominate(because I'm not that good), its not fun not having to try to get wins. Is it only me, or am I not seeing something with SBMM?
