Lol easy money, bet everything on Chandler then.
I think for Chandler this is a good fight. Decently ranked and well known guy in Tony on his way out. I feel bad for Tony. He's been facing killers and doesn't seem to have it anymore. Unfortunately the UFC tends to burn guys like Tony at both ends even though they know they are on the decline. They did it to Silva, Belfort, Machida, Shogun, Rashad etc. They were a little nice to Rashad. In giving him fights towards the end that he should have been able to win rather then promoting people to make a name off him. Even with a loss Tony isn't likely to get an easy fight after this either. Hopefully he shows that he has something left at least but his last two fights tell me otherwise.Hey Tony remember when #2 ranked Gaethje beat your ass when you were 36? Well for your next fight why not face #3 Charles Oliveirs. Hey Tony remember when #3 ranked Charles Oliveira beat your ass at 37? Well now we got this new champion from Bellator he's ranked #4 in the world, you should fight him you're only 38!
UFC destroys careers shamelessly sometimes. Have Chandler fight Dariush or something, what the fuck.
Huh. Does this mean Poirier v.s. Oliveira for the belt?
Probably Poirier vs Connor. Oliveria being squeezed out. Makes sense for tony trying to get a win against the new hyped fighter. Chandler potentially gets to leap over oliveria with a strong win or finish.
the matchup makes me believe UFC are invested in chandler and want him to succeed.
btw i thought the woke segment they did on chandlers adopted son was pretty cringe but I'm not american so I don't fully understand that culture.
War Tony!
