Law Pelosi desk "invader" asks judge for freedom to sell cars

More like you stand around watch people commit rape all summer long with no consequences. So you decide to walk over and pinch Nancy Pelosi's ass, and then you get the death penalty.

i would give myself the death penalty once i sobered up enough to realise that i touched nancy pelosi's ass

no he’s not charged with any violent offenses. He’s charged with:
  • Obstruction of an Official Proceeding & Aiding and Abetting (new charge)
  • Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon
  • Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon
  • Entering and Remaining in Certain Rooms in a Capitol Building (new charge)
  • Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building (new charge)
  • Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building (new charge)
  • Theft of Government Property
essentially he’s fucked.

fixed that for you

During that time Mr. Barnett was terminated from his career position as a window salesman, which was his primary source of his income,” McBride wrote in a letter on Monday. “Mr. Barnett’s second job of buying and selling classic cars is now his primary source of income. Consequently, his ability to travel for work is crucial to his ability to pay his bills, provide for his family, and fund his legal defense.
His lawyer is supposed to be a zealous advocate, so I don't blame him for doing whatever he can to help his client; but personally it's hard to dredge up sympathy for an imbecile who flagrantly flaunts a disregard for authority and then later has to use the "woe is me" defense.

You keep saying how violent the mob was, yet they didn’t kill anyone.

So we are going to draw the line on “violent” at murder? That wouldn’t play well in court.

tell me, what was the absolute worst thing the rioters did?

They beat cops and and peppered sprayed them. You and I both know that their is not a single jurisdiction in the country that would not consider those actions felonies.

This guy may not have done those things but you keep playing like this was not a violent riot.

Yeah.. You're just trolling now.

<WhatIsThis>

We going to pretend the left didnt spend months attacking federal facilities this past summer?

Oh snaps I forgot that time "the left" tried overthrow our democratically elected government by bombing a Federal building, having armed stand offs with authorities for weeks, and storming the seat of our entire government.

Cool whataboutism.

it was a violent riot. Most riots are. Some more than others. When did I ever say it wasn’t a violent riot.

I’ve been very specific in saying that Barnett is not charged with violent crimes and there’s no evidence he acted in a violent manner. He should not have been held without bond.

“YOU CANNOT TALK ABOIT ANALOGOUS RIOTS!! RIOTS ORIGINATED ON JANUARY 6!”

I forgot about that whole Oregon thing

Lol at calling an insurrection a "riot".

it was an insurrection thst ended with most people just going home. Including Barnett. So yeah. Stop with the hysterics. If you want to see a real insurrection and secession movement, look at CHAZ.

they kicked out officials and started their own government.

Why wasn’t this woman and the rest of the handmaiden ‘s tale protestors charged under 40 USC 5104 (e)? Capitol grounds are sacred. Why are these women allowed to defile it?

I'm missing the part where there's violence.

If you reach any further you might make it to Mars before Musk or Bezos.

lol so if you’re jaywalking and you have a knife on you, all of the sudden that’s a violent offense?

better yet, a lady is yelling on the street and has a stun gun or mace in her purse, the cop tells her to stop yelling. She doesn’t and is charged with disorderly conduct with a stun gun/mace in her purse. Is that a violent offense? No. The underlying crime is not violent.

Disorderly conduct is misdemeanor in most states. It’s a bullshit charge to tack on additional charges in hopes to get plea. Under the MPC, disorderly conduct can be something as little as being too loud in public. It’s not a violent offense.

you’re out of your element.

illegally entering a federal building armed with a deadly weapon, obstructing congress, and all of the other federal charges this chud got hit up on is no different than jaywalking with a knife in your pocket, this trump sympathizer who claims to be a former prosecuter implies.

oh yeah and illegally trespassiing onto federal property, trying to obstruct the nations top officials from certifying a presidential election while stealing shit, causing a ruckus, and entering restricted rooms and remaining inside of them is no different than an old lady yelling on the street while refusing to comply with a police officer telling her to shut up.

these 440+ people, who have all been hit with federal charges stemming for their illegal actions inside of the capitol building, are just simply going to get slaps on the wrist right? i mean surely with this kind of logic, the federal prosecutors arent actually going to hang these chuds out to dry right?

and surely the judge isnt going to make an example of these chuds. he'll no doubt give these peaceful tourists the lowest possible sentence rigjht? that way the next time these maga toddlers lose an election and decide to throw a fit about it, it won't deter them from staging an attack against their countries democracy and its nations top government officials, knowing theyll likely get a slap on the wrist just like the last time it happened, and not have to face any real consequences for their actions.

surely these prosecutors are going to make the case in front of the judge that what these people did was no different jaywalking down the street and yelling at the sky, and beg for leniency, right? i would sure hope the defense wouldnt try to make that kind of argument, because it will get dissected and destroyed within minutes, and then the judge would just throw the book at the criminal.

I stopped at “deadly weapon”. Can you tell me what deadly weapon Barnett brought in with him? Stop being hysterical.

god your pathetic low grade 'gotcha' attempt isnt going to work on me, but heres some of your own words. i know you have a hard time being able to read, so i bolded and underlined the words you should be looking at

essentially he’s charged with trespass, obstruction, disorderly conduct and theft. No violent offenses. Gtfo.

its not my business what the law defines as a deadly and dangerous weapon, and i dont have to answer to you.

you claim to be a former prosecutor (lol) youre a big boy so i'm sure you'd have no problem being able to look up on your own what the law defines as a deadly or dangerous weapon, and then take that up with the courts. your argument wont go anywhere with me.

i dont have the power to drop the federal charges these 440+ maga muppets have been hit with. so youre barking up the wrong tree. your time could be better spent polishing up trumps boots for him. if its any consolation to you, just to make sure you know, trump lost the election.
