Crime Double child rapist/murderer Colin Pitchfork released from prison

I don't think you could commit a crime like that without being a psychopath really. I also don't really get how you'd truly check if you thought someone was rehabilitated from a crime like that. It's not a situational crime, it's not due to life circumstances, it's just pure vile evil.

^^^This. I don't condone dealing drugs or robbing houses but I can understand how some people go down that road due to poverty and other circumstances and think many can turn that life around.

Getting aroused at the thought of victimizing children or other weaker members of society and acting upon that urge? No, that's not simply a "road" that one goes down due to circumstances.

Sounds like something Canada would do..

If he’s white, this is our chance to show that lynchings aren’t only carried out by whites against non whites.

We have to take into consideration that he truly has been rehabilitated and realizes just how evil what he did was. That he truly will not reoffend, not just to avoid prison but for moral reasons.

It raises an interesting philosophical question of whether it is truly possible to rehabilitate someone so vile to such a thorough extent.

And i think this guy might be a bad example of what i am talking about because he shouldve gotten a life sentence, not 30/28 years.

I think the incarceration vs rehabilitation debate is a good one and should be explored further. But I don't think it applies to everyone locked up. This guy, for example, should not be part of that conversation. His crimes are absolutely heinous and the likelihood of him reoffending being low shouldn't matter. There's no amount of rehabilitation that could justify letting him out. Even IF he is fully rehabilitated and would never offend again, what about the families? When does their sentence end? This is a bad call and a failure of that justice system.

In the name of Justice he needed to die but at the very least to never be released.

This is an example of the Justice system not caring about the victim.

ship him to Hollyweird. A movie franchise awaitspitchfork-1.jpg

"Hey! Pitchfork!"

- Pedo POS turns around and gets a pitchfork buried in his throat.

"Oh, I wasn't calling your name you evil piece of shit. I was simply pointing out that I had this pitchfork to skewer you with!"

Canada sees your Colin Pitchfork and raises you a Karla Homolka

Death sentence is an underused tool

There is something very wrong with the system for an evil POS like that to be freed.

I'm all for the death penalty, for cases like this. DNA has come a long way, a long way, and there's too many cockroaches like this scumbag on the planet anyway

There's at least a bit of logic to her release, as she outsmarted the feds and got a sweetheart deal.

For me, nothing will top the Greyhound tongue eating, eyeball plucking, decapitator man getting a full release with no supervision.

I really don't see how someone who raped and killed two kids would ever be suitable for release. This is serial killer behavior. There are murders I could see redemption from but this is beyond the pale.

This country constantly does things that highlights their collective insanity regarding the true things they won’t let native English people say.

Loads of countries are soft on this kind of crime, specially in South America, can´t fathom anyone killing a child ever walking free again.

People like this deserve to get brutally tortured for a couple of months then put down. The death sentence is too easy on them. Things usually don't anger me, but shit like this makes my fucking blood boil.

If he was truly rehabilitated, he would commit suicide for the pain/evil he has caused in the world............but nope, instead he wanted to be out of prison, like a selfish cunt.

After reading him his rights, a detective asked: “Why Dawn Ashworth?”

Pitchfork is said to have shrugged and replied: “Opportunity. She was there and I was there.”

^^^His mentality......You think this cunt won't strike again if the opportunity presents itself? he already did once....enough of the 2nd chances for POS like this guy.

Also it's not like a one time thing....dude was exposing himself to chicks since he was teenager, who knows what else he got away with.....Dude was a POS his whole life, and now they are gonna take it easy on em....fuck that.
