I was at the barber today getting a hair cut, he could not give me change, so instead I paid via the app.

Oh.. I have an app that I can pay using it as my debit card. Pretty cool since I don't carry much cash. I also can pay some taxes and services there.

So I got my vaccine passport today. I had to download an app and scan my proof of two doses. Where I live we can't go in gyms, bars, indoor sports, some restaurants, etc without showing this proof. I can flash this app and live a normal life again.

They are doing this to prevent a nasty 4th wave now that winter is coming. My thoughts are you are free not go get vaccinated, but they are free not to let you in if you aren't. So that's my take.

What I can't understand is why vaccine proof is required. The whole idea of it is to stop the spread. But they admit the vaccine doesn't stop you catching covid or spreading it. So demanding we're vaccinated is pointless.
And how they can claim the vaccine reduces the symptoms of a virus that has symptoms that aren't usually that noticeable is another point.

sounds like a convienient way for someone to commit identify theft all they have to do is steal a persons phone.

The thought of never going to see live music again is scary. If people get vaxxed maybe some restrictions will be lifted so I don't have to get hot and sweaty in a mask. Because fuck seeing a 3 hour Machine Head gig feeling suffocated.

Source for this claim? People over 60 who are vaccinated are not in hospitals. Bill Maher, for example, got double vaxxed and then later got covid with zero symptoms. I got vaccinated with and covid later, milder symptoms. My friend who is 24, top BJJ athlete, almost died.
