He's 31 right now and he said he'll retire at 35? That's a smart way of approaching it. You can't be fighting forever and you want to keep your wits with you in your twilight years. So I think his exit plan is smart and he should think of leaving the sport as quickly as he can. Making enough money and than taking off is perfect, Khabib gave the blueprint for that.
