International Leaked Biden Admin Memo shows concern about Out of Control Corruption in Ukraine

The public version was released with the Corruption parts conveniently left out. There's also a nice 'Build, Back, Better" globalist reference regarding the rebuilding of Ukraine's energy sector.... lol. I thought that failed WEF agenda was DOA, especially after listening to Biden and Kamala fuck it up so bad during the 2020 election campaigns.

This comes as zero shock to anyone... and there's already rumors that Aid money being siphoned off at an alarming rate. Once again, the full story is being withheld by the Biden Admin to preserve the narrative.

Corruption accusations continue to plague top Zelenskiy aides

Leaked U.S. strategy on Ukraine sees corruption as the real threat
https://www.politico.com/news/2023/10/02/biden-admin-ukraine-strategy-corruption-00119237#:~:text=A report obtained by POLITICO,may hinge on cutting corruption.&text=Biden administration officials are far, document obtained by POLITICO suggests.

Biden administration officials are far more worried about corruption in Ukraine than they publicly admit, a confidential U.S. strategy document obtained by POLITICO suggests.

The “sensitive but unclassified” version of the long-term U.S. plan lays out numerous steps Washington is taking to help Kyiv root out malfeasance and otherwise reform an array of Ukrainian sectors. It stresses that corruption could cause Western allies to abandon Ukraine’s fight against Russia’s invasion, and that Kyiv cannot put off the anti-graft effort.

“Perceptions of high-level corruption” the confidential version of the document warns, could “undermine the Ukrainian public’s and foreign leaders’ confidence in the war-time government.”

That’s starker than the analysis available in the little-noticed public version of the 22-page document, which the State Department appears to have posted on its website with no fanfare about a month ago.

The confidential version of the “Integrated Country Strategy” is about three times as long and contains many more details about U.S. objectives in Ukraine, from privatizing its banks to helping more schools teach English to encouraging its military to adopt NATO protocols. Many goals are designed to reduce the corruption that bedevils the country.

The quiet release of the strategy, and the fact that the toughest language was left in the confidential version, underscores the messaging challenge facing the Biden team.

Ukrainian graft has long been a concern of U.S. officials all the way up to President Joe Biden. But the topic was deemphasized in the wake of Russia’s February 2022 full-scale invasion, which Biden has called a real-life battle of democracy against autocracy.

For months, Biden aides stuck to brief mentions of corruption. They wanted to show solidarity with Kyiv and avoid giving fuel to a small number of Republican lawmakers critical of U.S. military and economic aid for Ukraine.

Last winter, literally the month that the US Money landed in the Ukraine, my friends and I started seeing Ukrainian bidders pop up on the super car auctions and partially crashed super car auctions. We were joking about it being US tax dollars then but now we're pretty certain there's a connection. None of us ever remembered seeing anyone from the Ukraine bidding before.

Russia likely declared war on Ukraine because they're a Western puppet state. Even if that wasn't the case and they attacked anyway, the West is giving just enough support to hurt Russia but not enough to win. Zelensky is more than happy to go along with this because he's a puppet who sold his people out. The current projections are basically the worst case scenario for the Ukrainian people.
Interesting. I had a buddy working in the UN who said the same thing very early into the UKR/RUS conflict, and that basically the US was giving just enough aid to keep the conflict going… his position was that this was actually an action against Europe and most-specifically Germany, and that the US involvement forced European/German involvement to their own detriment (related to currency valuation and/or oil… I forget the details).

This is the stuff that drives any sane person nuts.

“Sure he was a nazi, but he was our nazi!”

Here's the article that isn't linked in that tweet because all they want you to see is the headline.

Maybe read it and let me know what you think.

Read it. Was the guy a nazi? Yes.

We’re all Nazis psychopaths who wanted to kill Jews? No. Yet, the Canadian Parliament still celebrated a Nazi.

It's too hilarious watching leftists defend actual Nazis. It's like going through the "five stages of grief" every time their heroes fuck up, but they never make it to "acceptance".

The guy you're responding to will go through 100's of sources to softly link the "Proud Boys" to white supremacy, through 900 degrees of separation, is going to bat for an actual Nazi. All because he was presented in Parliament by his hero. Shit's pathetic.

I think your definition of Nazi is far too broad, they had an incredibly well defined ideology.

You're an imbecile, and have no idea what a Nazi is.

And are you saying the core of the Proud Boys isn't white supremacist?

Had he been directed to fight the west, he probably would have. Regardless, it was a Liberal fuck up for not doing basic due diligence before having a stupid grandstanding moment in the HoC

My definition for being a Nazi is generally fighting for the Nazis, in a Nazi regiment, with Nazi equipment against Nazi enemies.

You can argue he was just defending his home against the Soviet’s and wasn’t a bad guy and I would likely agree. Most Nazi soldiers weren’t genocidal maniacs.

However, it’s pitiful that a democratic government is literally celebrating a Nazi.

He’s a Nazi, man. I’m sorry, but he is.

… are you saying the core of the Proud Boys isn't white supremacist?

I know this is a long shot because you’ve yet to provide any sources for your claims in the past… but do you have a source that the “core” of Proud Boys is white supremacist?

William Burns traveled to Kyiv a few months ago. Shortly after, Zelenskyy fired many of his advisors. It is believed Burns told him to clean up his house.

In regards to privatization of banks, following NATO training protocols, and English language curriculum....those are all good goals.

Did this report originate in DC or the embassy in Kyiv?

The hypocrisy is just so incredible on this issue.

You had Trump get crucified for saying there were good people on both sides in regard to the events in Charlottesville and rightfully so.

But now you have a literal Nazi celebrated in the Canadian parliament and now people are saying “well, some actual Nazis were good people”.

"Why is Venezuela our problem" look at the southern border.

If you sanction a country in order to damage their economy, you only have yourself to blame when people start leaving and showing up at your door. End the sanctions and the people stop leaving.

You should try clicking on the link and reading it because not very damning like you seem to think it is.

Kudos on your big gotcha though chump. Btw, corruption has been discussed in that thread many times. You know where most of it stems from? You’ll get a big kick out of this- their old ties to Russia they’ve been trying to cut. You know, one of the actual reasons Russia invaded

Isn't it public kbowledge that it started as meme group? The first videos I've seen of them, they had a bunch of men who were ethnic minorities(probably polynesian or big ass latinos) that were often ignored when they're trying to paint a narrative of "white supremacy".
