UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Lewis

Kamaka’s best work is in the pocket. Fight Ready should know this and hopefully put the right gameplay together. Kelley was picking him apart from distance. Pearce will have a 5” height and a 2.5” reach advantage and will be the bigger fighter. Btw, he fought Lauzon at 155 and the last thing an old vet loses is his punching power. He has knocked out many good fighters.
I dont think joe ever had punching power to lose

Meh he had a little. He KO'd Diego when nobody could crack his chin. But Joe was definitely never looked at as a big puncher.

Am i the only one here that thinks Blaydes is a legit contender ?
He wipes the floor with Lewis. His top-control is better than people give it credit for. Easy win

Why didn’t he do that to Ngonnou?

Only Pearce doesn't fight or have the skill set to do that. Pearce is tailor made for Kai, he constantly throws with power but overextends leaving himself open to the counter while keeping his head stationary which a precise striker like Kai should land at will against.

I would say Pearce's main chance is hoping that Kai gas tank doesn't last due to it being a late notice fight and wethers the early storm to finish him late.

I agree... only if Ngannou isn't champ though.

Got Dumont at +115.
Should be pick'em IMO.
We know nothing about Dumont's cardio but she has some nice hands/kicks for WMMA standards and is at least 1 weight class bigger than AES (even though all the extra-weight is in the butt lol)

Even if you consider her opponent as a heavy bag, her kicks look good and powerful (for wmma standards)
+ the fact she was able to hold Megan Anderson a bit against the fence tells me she might be able to do that to AES.

WMMA should always be dog or pass at this point, so I put 2u on Dumont.

I've heard some disturbing things from Paul before but I think I'll need therapy after this one.

Found a picture of Jordie!

Also, AES at +130< was an easy bet

This statement alone should disqualify anyone from ever taking you seriously as a tout. AES might win, but this is a complete shot in the dark. AES could look like anything from a -200 to a +500, and unless you're presonally observing AES and Dumont in the gym, you have zero clue which one it is.

Literally a Dumont with half-decent cardio might be enough to crush AES like a bug.

Aren't you that guy who bet "25u" on a Bellator fight?

Nice to hear you're also busting out on tennis now as well as MMA. We need losers like you to keep the books going.

I came to the realization earlier Dumont has some power and throws pretty hard for a girl. AES is experienced but if Dumont fights smart, she can get this to the ground where she's got an advantage. If she can hold Anderson in place for as long as she did and really only struggle in getting a takedown because Anderson is so tall, she might rag doll AES.

Reality is we've seen AES hold her own against some of the divisions top girls beating Reneau and giving Vieira a tough fight. Dumont has looked average at best vs random cans and was struggling after 4 minutes with Anderson who can't grapple for shit. AES can go 15 minutes fine, is well rounded with a decent wrestling base and it made no sense her being the underdog hence the line flipping. Even the fact Dumont went to a split with someone as awful as Mariana Morais two years ago means your hoping for major improvements.

I love that both Scumbag Steve, who has officially left the forums 2-3 times over, compete with long sob posts, and Little Jordie, who has been inactive for months, came out of the woodwork JUST to respond to me.

I'm literally living rent-free in their heads.

Not only did I bet 25u in my first MMA bet in many years, but I won at underdog odds, too! A brilliant and bold play, if I do say so myself.

Unlike you, I'll be honest; when YOU bet 25u on very low-level WMMA, hitting Jin Yeon Kim at something like -150 against Nadia Kassem, it was a fairly decent play. Way riskier and with less value than mine, but not bad by any means.

I'm not a tennis betting savant just yet, but I've made a nice profit thus far, thanks for asking. It's been a lot of fun to learn and it's very different than how one needs to approach MMA.

Hell, if it wasn't for how much I would hate to smarten up and help leechs like yourself, I would happily make a topic explaining my whole live-bet approach, what to look for, potential pre-bet opportunities, etc.

Brought to you by the same fish who pissed away 2 units on Evans-Smith in her last fight against Andrea Lee.

Losers never learn.

Am i the only one who thinks that Algeo will stuff the take downs and maintain the fight standing long enough to win a decision over Carlyle?

Why is everyone so convinced Carlyle will take the fight to the ground?

I think Smith wins this rather comfortably.

This is a HUGE step down in competition for him.

Despite him losing his last 3, he's lost to Jones/Glover/Rakic(sp). 3 absolute killers.

I'll play him at -135 all day. He's at a slight wrestling disadvantage, but has a huge striking advantage and a BJJ advantage.
