I also got the Batman games. I beat Asylum and started City but I was burned out on Batman and switched to another game. Asylum was good. The last boss was pretty shitty with the Venom Joker. I felt like Poison Ivy should have had a leaf covering her tits instead of that red shirt.

I started on City and I liked Catwoman's fighting skills better than Batman's but Batman could get around the city better than Catwoman.

I didn't enjoy dealing with getting lost everywhere I went in the city and I could tell that was going to be my main issue so I switched games.

I'm currently level 115 in Dark Souls about to enter the Demon Ruins. I put 137 hours in my main hero and 22 hours in my second hero.

My theif is level 115 and uses the Dark Knight Halbred upgraded to +5

My Pyromaniac is level 65 using a +4 Dark Knight Sword but his main weapon will be a +15 Mace when I fully upgrade it. I probably won't finish this guy for awhile.

I still haven't beaten the game yet. I might go ahead and beat it so I can start Dark Souls 2.

I still don't have a clue what the story line is for the game. I watched vids explaining it on YouTube but they seem made up to me. How the hell can they made a 2 hour video explaining the plot to the game when there is almost no dialog or cutscenes or diaries in the game? It doesn't add up. Unless it's all explained when you beat it.

When I start part 2, I want to build a Paladin with heavy armor and a Mace.

The Mace is my favorite weapon in the game

The game world’s lore mostly comes from item descriptions.

Started Dying Light. Only a few hours in but Im really liking it. It looks damn gorgeous on Max settings with things like Film Grain/Chromatic Aberration and Motion Blur turned off. Im seriously impressed that this game is this good looking when its like 6-7 years old.
I hear the co-op for this game is particularly good but Im playing solo.

I really dislike the checkpoint system/save system and a game with shaky parkour needs it. Its not mirror's edge level in terms of movement but its good. The game does seem a bit annoying since youre underpowered as hell and everyone seems to be able to fuck you up.

Being so underpowered was one of my main issues with this game. It was a weird balance because it did add suspense when you're traveling around and watching out for zombies. At the same time though it could get annoying when dealing with humans.

Item descriptions, character dialogue etc is where the lore comes from.

Yup, they couldve given you fewer humans to deal with but I do like the game so far. Hopefully it stays being good.

I'm maybe about halfway through Witcher3. Really enjoyed Blood and Wine... really cool, right up until the fight with Dettlaff. I'm stuck on this bastard.

I got Dying Light too and if it's the game I think it is, I couldn't get into it. I think the main mode of traveling was parkouring thru shit and I didn't want to do it. I'd rather just climb a ladder or something like most other games allow you to do. The parkouring just felt like it was going to be the main gimmick of the game. Parkouring your way thru levels. Parkouring while fighting bosses.

No Stardew Valley on Game Pass...again...

Sod it, I may just buy the thing. I'd like to play it with all updates (that the mobile versions don't have), and I'd like to get a controller, and headset for my partner to play with too.

Graveyard Keeper looks great, with a beautiful art style. I also was recommended Littlewood and Moonglow Bay, but no matter how good they may be, the developers sabotaged them with hideous art styles.

I may redownload Witcher 3. I didn't get into it initially, but now that interest in my other games have waned, it may finally click.

Cyberpunk is £34 for a few days. I might buy it, as I heard that the One S version has been cleaned up. I really liked the game, just thought that it was too broken to justify the £50 tag.

I started Dark Souls 2 and found out enemies don't respawn after beating the area a handful of times. I leveled up a couple times and tried to get enough souls to buy the Falcon armor and that's when I seen the enemies stopped respawning after sitting down at a bonfire.

I also had to look up how to level up my hero because that isn't done at a bonfire anymore either. I've got to go talk to a lady everytime to level up.

This game is trash..

This is upsetting. I was enjoying the game. I'm not good at the game so the main thing I did was level up my hero so much that I was too strong for the area. Dark Souls 2 doesn't let you do it...

I can't even believe this shit..

Moving in to the next game...

You do you man but I really think the way you look at and interact with games is strange as fuck.

It's actually a major complaint in the game and one of the reasons why Dark Souls 2 is considered a trash game.

Enemies do not respawn after sitting down at bonfires like they do in part 1 and 3. They brought it back in part 3 because so many people complained about them taking it out of part 2. They also put respawning enemies in Bloodborn which came after the Dark Souls game. Nonrespawning enemies means you can't farm souls to level up your hero and you have less odds of getting rare equipment and building materials.

I didn't realize Dark Souls 2 was considered the worst game in the game makers entire library of games when I bought it and now that I know the game is trash, I'm not going to waste my time playing it. Nonrespawning badguys in a game like this is absolute garbage.

It's like playing Diablo and after clearing a floor, the enemies never come back. That is trash and there is nothing strange about it.

Im not talking about DS2 but every game you posted here in general.

Wait, what? It's been a while since I played it, but I'm pretty sure that's completely false.

EDIT - Okay, you're talking about after you've farmed it a few dozen times. It's still more than enough you need to farm and power level, though.

Different game but i played DS3 for 5 minutes and knew to talk to the lady to level up... did you really need help for that?

I've never played Dark Souls 3 and I played Dark Souls 2 for the first time. You got to talk to the lady in Dark Souls 2 like 5 or 6 times before she gives you the level up option. That means you press the button to talk to her, she is seemingly done talking, you have to press the button again, she is done talking, press it again, she says some more weird repetitive stuff about killing 4 badguys that has nothing to do with leveling up your guy, 5 or 6 times of that then she gives you the option to level up. And there are videos showing you because the option to level up is hidden.

Most people probably saw her standing on the cliff looking like a tree blending in with the other tree because she's wearing a green robe and her back is facing you and talked to her once or twice like I did. I ran past her like 3 times before I realized it was actually a person.

In Dark Souls 1, you level up at the bonfires. You got your whole list of options.

Instead of leveling up at the bonfires, I got to warp back to the green lady everytime? That means I got to sit thru a loading screen to get to her, level up, then sit thru another loading screen to get back to where I was?

Or does she follow you to each bonfire? She wasn't at the bonfire in the forest where I was at

And guaranteed you wouldn't know that she was the key to leveling up in 5 minutes because it would take you longer than 5 minutes to get to her and you wouldn't know to talk to her 5 or 6 times.

Press X
"Go kill the 4 badguys"
Press X
"The 4 badguys must be killed"
Press X
"You must kill the 4 badguys"
Press X
"There are 4 bad guys with souls, you must kill them"
Press X
"By the way, I can level you up"

If you say you figured it out on the spot without knowing ahead of time, you're full of BS

Well first things first i said i was on about DS3.. not DS2.. I've never played DS1 or DS2, it's just you have to speak to someone to level up in DS3 too, and it's like 5 minutes into the game.

Secondly, playing games since i was a kid has conditioned me to look everywhere and talk to everyone, which i did in DS3 too. You should also know that when you finish talking to someone in ANY game that has ever been made, if it gives you the option to talk to that person again you do so to see if you get new dialogue or if it just repeats. If it repeats you move on, if it's new dialogue you see if you can talk once it's over yet again... this isn't new, everybody knows this.

Also, don't accuse me of BS just because you need a guide to tell you how to level up.

Anyone played Grounded? It’s a 80s Honey I Shrunk the Kids-like Survival game. I played around when it first came out and lost interest, but just picked it back up with the new update and got hooked. Just got done doing every possible and really enjoyed it. It’s a free to play “Game preview” worth checking out.

I played it, but those game are all morphing into one. I really don't see the big deal. They're all pretty much the same to me. Hack away at objects, get resources, build something, hack away some more, get resources, fight some enemies with a terrible combat system, build something bigger, craft some weapons and items, hack away some more...

Floats a lot of people's boats, but not mine...unless it's Stardew Valley. That shit is crack :)
