A serious question to you all about me writing a weight training book.

... Have mercy on me. Don’t be like this.
Sir please stop.

Stop crying like a little girl. You are a self admitted troll and technically, though not enforced strictly, trolling is against the rules here. There is no mercy for trolls. You asked for it, your getting it.
On top of that the lifts you claim are not even particularly impressive in the grand scheme of things. I'm all for people discussing weights and PR's and being happy and proud for themselves about what they have accomplished. But the numbers you discuss are not that special, "big fish in a small pond".
Fuck I train at 3 different gyms, I'm decades past my prime and the one gym I go to I am the biggest, strongest guy there every single time. Doesn't mean shit when I go where half the guys are monstrous competitors and warmup with my current maxes.

PS - I never understood what it meant til now but your hero Doug Hepburn's last words to me were "stay away from Baby H, that kid's an idiot"

All I hope is that the training manual teaches us the secret sumo stance front squat, may we call it the Baby Hanma Squat?

But aside from that nice high bar bro

Bro no. I haven’t been training for fifteen years. Knock it off. My total training time so far has only been less than four years. I’ve been steadily training recently for the past year. Stop making stuff up please. Come on man. That clean and jerk video was back in 2011. It doesn’t mean I’ve trained consistently for that long. Have mercy on me. Don’t be like this.

I haven't even gone hard on you at all. Is it the first time you have had someone challenge something you have said? All I did was point out when you were talking shit on the internet.

You put your lifts up, I haven't said anything bad about any of them. All I have commented on is your inconsistency with your posts.

You are the one making stuff up. You have run specialist programs like Smolov (from your own youtube videos) in the last 5 years and talk constantly about a niche program. You are the one representing yourself as a strength athlete and talking shit about other posters.

Pick a position.

You started a thread about writing a training book because you have some super special training approach developed from your training experience. It's so good it has rapidly increased your lifts and allowed you to train people successfully, whilst also increasing your own strength. Because of this you should write a book because your knowledge is so important to pass on to the masses to bring back a golden age of weightlifting.

Or you are a beginner with only a few years of training under your belt because the exact same challenges everyone else has in life are so much more challenging for you and you deserve special treatment?

Read the comments in those videos. It's exactly the same as the thread posts. Same inconsistent training claims etc.

The other high bar squat video looks good though. The choice of training attire when filming a squat video is a bit poor, because you can't see full ATG depth, but it hits depth easy.@Baby Hanma

@Baby Hanma

Straight talk time now. I would encourage you to continue pursuing physical wellness through sensible exercise and nutrition.
However even if you troll just for the sport of it you've been doing it for over a decade now and that's not healthy.
I took a look at your Youtube posts and comments as well as your posts here and there are red flags about your mental health. Individual things could easily be written off as just joking or trolling but when it starts to pile up it needs investigation.

I have some experience dealing with people who have mental health struggles but I'm not a professional by any means. Me pointing this out is not an insult, not playing anymore. Despite the stigma mental problems shouldn't be anything to be ashamed of or ignored.
Something is not working as well as it should you seek help from a pro, no different than if you have tendinitis or a sore stomach.

If you are not already getting help, please seek it. If you already are then bump it up to your absolute number one priority, your life could be so much better. Continue to set goals and work towards achieving them just put mental health goals at the top. Either way drop the trolling and pull back on the delusions of grandeur. Neither of those behaviours are helpful in fact it's self-harm.

I sincerely wish you all the best but I can't help you, I won't engage with you any further if your actions remain the same.

I‘m seeing a therapist and I’m on meds. Thanks.

Baby Hanma im not going to search for your YouTube but is your height and what was your bodyweight for those squats?

190 pounds on the 205 clean and jerk.

190 pounds on the 285 front squat. I actually managed 305 on a non-paused, normal-stanced front squat. The sumo version was my weaker one.

250 to 255 pounds on that paused Olympic-style squat. It was the first single rep set of five single rep sets. It was 395 pounds.

I‘ve always been 5’6. And for some reason, I’ve always been way heavier than I looked.

Man took his licks. And came back to face the crowd, gotta respect it.
Good squat , from the smaller crew.
The best part is nobody is really talking shit about his lifting. The squat is good, the earlier vids are a bit average, but that's to be expected from 2011 to now. I wouldn't say a thing if it wasn't for the 15 years of lifting comment and topics like this thread.

The videos are there and besides the comments, they are decent enough lifts with the squat being respectable.

Come on man. I’m a mere Janitor in real life and the only ladies whom I get to date are Starbucks baristas. Let me feel like a warlord on the internet. Trolling is not a crime, and successful trolls are brilliant artists from hell.

You aren't a successful troll though. You successfully talked yourself into getting called out, but the issue is the people you were trying to troll aren't stupid, because we see this all the time.

Instead you trolled your way into a bunch of people complementing your squat. Why don't you just become the Janitor who can squat 500+ lbs instead? Start a log, actually do some consistent training and lift some big numbers.

That's more impressive than talking shit on an internet forum, known for running off shit talkers pretty successfully.

Alright. I‘ll start a log tomorrow. I’ll also write in it all I remember about my past training experience.

It‘ll be good timing too. I’m prioritizing grip strength for the next several months. It’s been holding me back for the longest time.

My total training time had been almost four full years now. Thats everything combined. All inconsistent. Right now, I’ve been consistently training for one year and two months. It’s the longest I’ve ever trained without giving up.

Also, I aim to be the strongest masters powerlifter here in the wonderful state of Idaho. I’m 32 years old. Masters age starts at 40. I got eight years to reach that goal, man.

I’m a lifetime natural and plan to stay that way.

Don't worry about previous training. Just go from now and progressively overload.

I am hoping to see a 500lb squat in the next 6-12 months. Being 250 or so at the moment, I reckon you will get it pretty quick and drop down whilst you do it.

Tag me when you hit it.

Why are you doing a sumo stance front squat?

He explains in the comments for the video on Youtube. Flawed thinking if true, but I am guessing it was really just to lift more weight.
