Well, on private land here are hunting seasons etc and a lot of other stuff.
Or you might claim self defense case.
Btw it is in reality de facto " might happen " cos these pigs might be really large size.
In short: bireucracy level is going closer to modern Luxembourg or Germany while number of pigs is higher than 100 years ago.
PM agreed to remove limits etc, parliament looks that will support this....
while municipalities......some are super green.
Politicians hoped that some new disease affecting pigs will reduce their number, in reality their prognosis had failed and even worse: pigs appeared to become even more tough and more fertile.
Central government looks that is willing to support increased hunting limit etc....

We sadly recently had some very bad cases in hunting ......
This is also one from reasons why lawmakers are suspicously looking on hunters and for a reason.
If they create workload for morgues etc and legal institutions.

Recently cases were when one hunter had killed his brother and told prosecutor that he assumed that he is pig....
Delivery in coffin was with 1 shot from some 250 meters distance.
+ one case when some Sr rank officer like colonel or general actively enlisted in rank officer had died. 1 bullet = coffin.

We have scrupulous procedure with mandatory background check up and health condition and shooting and basic legal skills examination in person and still ....
