We get 2 things
A xmas bonus of 100 bucks thats taxed down to 70
And something called a boom payout... Which is profits from every quarter (if we saved money and exceeded profits) theyd put money into a boom payout... After the 4 quarters of it adding up we get the check (if we made anything)
This year they totally fucked us tho... They added that payout ($1,165) on top of our weekly check which got taxed to hell.. I got hit with $520 in taxes which was essentially my paycheck for the week before..so i pretty much worked for free one week to make 1270 the next

Nah, I work for a big company so employees are dispensable. Usually it's just a piss up at a bar / pub and they pay for lunch and drinks for the night. Today all we had was a shit bbq and we got some points to spend at this online store but I can also put them on my phone / internet bill.
