The best thing Biden can do is bow out and give his endorsement to someone else. He is unlikely to win at this stage, and more time on stage is only going to embarrass him.

He seemed happy in retirement. I think half the reason he won was to try to shield himself from prosecution over the Ukraine stuff. He succeeded, so now he should just enjoy his retirement.
