It looks like the Texans are going to give Tunsil a blank check, because they pretty much have to at this point. Seems like bad business to trade a first or first plus for a guy without having an extension worked out. Ramsey/Tunsil get so much added leverage because the teams pretty much have to bring them back after giving up the entire kitchen for them. The other big trades for guys at the end of their deals - Buckner/Ford/Clark all went with an extension announced at the same time, seems to be the way to go about it.
(Some guys probably refuse to sign without hitting the market, would probably be less willing to trade for those guys // would pay less)
