Island Fights isn't listed on Fight Pass' schedule this week, fyi. They don't stream every Island Fight card, that's for sure.

They regularly hold events in community centers around Pensacola along with their "major" shows at the Civic Center but annoyingly do not differentiate the two with naming conventions since the former usually are full of amateur fights with basically no promotion while the latter is pretty much all pro. Guessing they only stream their Civic Center cards on Fight Pass; they used to stream their fights on Facebook before the deal so maybe they still do that for their minor cards.

I dont remember this, that's pretty bad. Did this happen in Invicta? I cant imagine them letting a fighter do that.

2 of the Brazilian ones (Maia and Ribas) were deemed non-intentional
1 of the US ones (Montano) was deemed non-intentional, and one was for THC
So net on "intentional" use is 6-2

Sheer and utter stupidity. The easiest compound to detect with the longest time to still test positive. (as in, 18 months easily). Probably failed because she did not spend enough time studying for her urine test.

Whats amazing is how people are so keen to believe Penne's "I didnt do anything wrong, poor me, im being victimised"

If she was a Brazilian girl testing positive (for a second time) for an anabolic agent, she would just be presumed guilty.



If you ignore Montano's ostarine which was deemed non-intentional, and Calvillo's cannabis positive, Penne is responsible for both of the US positives.

This is the girl who took the Lipski fight on a few hours notice. Maybe she realised she would pop but thought the $13500 was worth it.

USADA decided not to go for four years as they have accepted that her first violation was non-intentional.

Interestingly, they tested multiple samples of the medication she claimed caused the positive and they found nothing. The third party testing she had done was discredited because of Korva's testing protocols.
