Izzy vs Periera 3 or Izzy vs DDP IMO would have brought much more hype and would have been a better fight.

Izzy's callout was very careful...he knew he'd have an advantage since Strickland had recently battered DDP and he wouldn't be in top shape for 300.

If Izzy called out Alex, not DDP, for 300 - That Fight Would Have Happened.

Alex vs Aspinall had more going for it, with the whole 3 weight champ angle. This seems like a step down.

Glad that fight didn't happen, Alex represents LHW like a boss.​

I think bc everyone was hoping to get Jon vs. Aspinall or a Conor fight in the main event slot. It’s a milestone card featuring none of the company’s biggest draws. As a fight fan, I love the matchups but I completely understand why the buzz isn’t necessarily deafening.
