Might be some truth to this. It would likely just be a glorified IQ test for men and women in their late teens and 20s. Still don't think that many would comply, but they probably wouldn't need that many with the way the West fights their wars.

Compliance rates for women would be close to zero. Women are biologically hard wired for the survival of themselves and their offspring at any cost. Mandates, shaming, peer pressure etc isn't going to do shit to them. Might get a few male suckers though

He pushed for women to have to register with Selective Service.

His reasoning was that Congress would never enact a draft of women had to be drafted.
