I’m pretty sure @jgarner is just going radio silent like the top dudes sometimes do before big meets or WSM and is going to show up and post a video of a monster total after the meet he’s definitely doing.

He’s probably back on the Marine-approved steroids that were very necessary to make him a better soldier back in the day.

Thanks fam but I’ve gotta start taking deadlifts seriously. I go really hard on shoulders and lats since they’ve always been two of my more friendly muscle groups, but thinking about demoting shoulders for now to prioritize deads. I basically have zero core or lower back lol. Plus I think it would help in the perpetual battle against lower belly fat
