Thanks fam but I’ve gotta start taking deadlifts seriously. I go really hard on shoulders and lats since they’ve always been two of my more friendly muscle groups, but thinking about demoting shoulders for now to prioritize deads. I basically have zero core or lower back lol. Plus I think it would help in the perpetual battle against lower belly fatLooking TST, bud
