There are only two countries where women are legally forced to wear the hijab. Iran and Afghanistan. In Indonesia, the province of Aceh requires hijab only for Muslim women, and hence it can't really be enforced because Muslims and non-Muslims have nearly identical phenotypes there. The rights of minorities in Indonesia are respected.
The relatively large Chinese minority there is allowed to purchase pork products freely, etc. Christians and Buddhists and Hindus are allowed to practice their religions and cultural customs freely. With all due respect, your argument is not well informed, well researched or well supported by evidence. Even in Saudi Arabia, a headscarf is expected socially but not legally enforced. If a woman comes from a Western country without a headscarf, she won't be arrested for walking around SA (and even some local women dare to do it currently). There are female members of the Saudi royal family who don't wear hijab. Female news presenters in Muslim countries typically also don't wear hijab, even starting in SA now.
