I've heard Seyer quality has gone down hill. What brands are legit and easy to get a hold of? Are there any Mexican brands known for having softer or more supportive padding? I had Zepols and loved them but they destroyed my hands.
I went to the guy from 95eraathleticclubs home today and picked these up. Real nice guy. He brought a bag down full of gear and I couldn't make up my Damn mind but I ended up getting these. They are beautiful imo.
Hiii,
I am still new about mexican gloves, maybe seniors here would like to explain to me.
Is hernandez boxing gloves have any link with grant? I saw the shape looks same.
Maybe i am wrong, just curious. Thank you.
That's the rumour, I think. I don't know why it's so hard to find out who is actually making Grant at any particular time. Surely lots of people in the industry know.
Hi, anyone know it's this the real Casanova or this other brand?
There was another Casanova, now Necali or singing similar. They lost the law suite against the first company. Anybody knows the story? How looks quality of this gloves?real

I don't think the original Casanova was involved in that way exactly, it's the Americans (now Necalil) buying from them in order to sell on in the US who lost. The original Casanova are still Casanova and can still sell Casanova to US customers. So the Mexican Casanova business did still lose out somewhat in expanding its brand to the states and abroad through the distributor because of this, but it's still Casanova. The original Casanova is the Mexican company that lost the lawsuit. Since it lost, it now goes by the name of Necali.
The fake Casanova is made by the US company Pro Boxing Supplies (PBS). This is the one that won the lawsuit.
Buy Necali, not PBS.

yep, because the distributor, being US based, has to abide by those US trademark lawsAaaah, I see, thank you for the clarification.
So, given the result of the lawsuit, the Mexican company produces Necali-brand gloves specifically for its distributor in the US market?
