Had a couple of weeks off due to severe pain in my right trap / shoulder and a numbness in my right arm & hand. Been giving me very little sleep at night also, so that's been fun. I'm guessing deadlifts, shrugs and judo all on the same day may have aggravated something.
Dr has booked me in for physio starting next week, but it's started getting a bit better so I expect by the time physio rolls round the pain will be pretty much gone.
I managed to do a very light squat session this morning with no ill effects so far:
