I alternate between Jelly beans, wasabi peanuts, and gummy vitamins.
Listening to Neuroscientist Huberman on new JRE about Testosterone optimization, TRT, & supplementation… was an interesting 10 minute listen. I recommend for mid 30s+ Sherbuds here.
I’ll give entire show a listen later at night.
Topic seemed close enough for me to add this here, RB.

Creatine is useless will just destroy your kidneys over time if you take it daily and caust intestinal issues long term and liver issues. I wouldn't even bother, most guys just took it for the swole water retention.Creatine. Fish oil and vit D once in a while.
That's it. Most of them are pretty useless.

I would strongly recommend the "Huberman Lab" podcast. There are bunch of great episodes on athletic performance, many of which will help set you straight on beliefs like the above.Creatine is useless will just destroy your kidneys over time if you take it daily and caust intestinal issues long term and liver issues. I dont care what they say creatine will damage you long term, most people dont drink enough fluid, and our kidneys suffer as we get older and eat harsh phosphates and sodiumI would strongly recommend the "Huberman Lab" podcast. Where are you getting your information from that "creatine will damage you long term"?I dont care what they say creatine will damage you long term, most people dont drink enough fluid, and our kidneys suffer as we get older and eat harsh phosphates and sodium
I dont care what they say...
Creatine is bad for your kidneys long term, there are a lot of chemicals in foods they allow but in tiny doses. So many healthy people are developing ulcerative coilitis and the things they have in common is they all ear clean and workout but all take supplements that are not fda approved. These supplements are not legit they are filled with toxins, they need to study 500,000 people give them creatine twice a day everyday for a two years for me to say its safe they cant just do a study on 50 people, some people can drink and smoke and never get cancer. The one caveat is you must drink lots of water or else it will damage your kidneys.I hear yah brother !
Sounds like we have something in common, most of the neuroscientists I hang around with are idiots too. What really irks me is when they form their opinions on things like creatine based on science and over 3000 peer reviewed studies. Who do these jokers think they are fooling lol, the nerve!
