I actually think Joshua is the champ that Usyk has the best shot at beating.

I think almost everyone would agree that fury is far tougher stylistically, than Joshua. Dont really see how he can win that fight.

I think all of them (Wilder included) knock him out but AJ is the easiest for him stylistically, I think.

Maybe, though I think it’s difficult to judge how he does against any of them until he actually gets in the ring with 1 of them

Maybe so, I think he's looked pretty ordinary in his HW run, so far.

As a fan of his of I have to agree. However, Del Boy can make most fighters look bad because of his mauling style. Though I’d thought he’d look better than he did against him. It’s gonna suit his style having fighters stand off and box him. But he’s walking a tightrope for the full 12 against Joshua and wilder.

In the last couple years Chisora has made Whyte, Usyk, and Parker struggle and look less than elite against him. Arguably Usyk had the least trouble and Whyte is considered a top 5 fighter at heavyweight. I think that says a lot.

I know comparisons are odious & results comparisons are worthless etc. etc. but I still can't quite believe, watching all these bastards struggle like fuck with Chisora, that I watched Haye flatten him like a Mittel European cruiserweight a decade ago.

He's definitely gotten better with age.

That is one of the many arguments about this HW era being the worst of all time. Because that point about Chisora getting better with age is plain false. Chisora is not even half of his prime. You have either never followed his career or blind if you think he is better than when he fought Haye.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but Usyk being a mandatory means that he doesn't have to agree to a rematch clause, right?

You can only have a rematch clause if it's a voluntary title defense.

I do agree he's technically regressed but like a lot of fighters at heavyweight he seems to be mysteriously much stronger, more muscular & heavier-handed than he used to be in his late 20s/early 30s...

I was watching James Bond "Moonraker" the other day, and I couldn't figure out who Jaws was reminding me of... But then...

did he ever have a prime. A lot of fighters late in their career will be better boxers, because you always learn in this sport, and have more experience. The issue is your body lets you down badly; chin, legs, speed and reactions

chisoras chin is yet to let him down. Physically he doesn’t seem to have lost much either, but mentally he seems in a much better place. That can make a huge difference. Due to this I think he is better than he was a few years ago, at this point in time. However, I also think David haye would’ve smashed most of the current top 10 quick, as long as they didn’t land on his chin first

A sanctioning body ordering a rematch after a draw is different than the title holder putting a rematch clause with an already fixed purse split in place before the first fight.
You lost me. The 2nd fight was a fight ordered by the wbc so therefore it was a mandatory defence so I don’t understand why there was a rematch clause if those are normally only allowed in voluntary defences as per what was written previously
