They are definitely not overrated fighters but in terms of who fought the best competition at all times, I'd say Anderson Silva definitely dodged a lot of bullets because he always cut weight to fight 1-2 weight classes below his own. It was not enough for him to avoid being humbled at Pride F.C by some midget japanese fighters, lol.
