Francis is done with relevant mma. He might end up taking an mma or hybrid fight in PFL just to honor the deal but that probably will be a one off and it wont be till next year. and if he does it will be hybrid dumb shit fight vs Wilder or a real mma fight vs who, Bader? Renan?

The only real mma fights are in UFC so its over for him in this sport. He has atleast another 3-4 boxing fights lined up no matter if he wins or loses. He can lose to Joshua and still get Fury/Usyk loser and then Wilder and then Parker etc. With Saudi throwing money away he'll secure multiple more fights.

Maybe if PFL invested a bunch of money on Francis I would have a completely different opinion. Francis has given PFL free publicity through his UFC contract dispute and especially after the Tyson Fury fight.

Besides the Saudi government has a stake in the PFL so they have a mutual interest here

He is getting the most exciting fights. PFL are happy with that, they don't have to pay him and he gets them a free promo. Plus they are financially backed by the same Saudis who set up the Ngannou boxing fights.

I'd watch him vs either Delilah or Nemkov, for sure. But he should get his bag. He's earned all the attention and money he's getting. Big ups to him.
