My feelings summed up about this 'fight'
Never mind paying for it, I won't watch for free

Probably see some highlights on youtube or something. I'm glad Francis Is getting paid, what a journey he has had, but no interest otherwise
I'm hoping Francis gets lucky and lands the perfect hit and Fury gets knocked out. Won't happen but how funny would it be, Fury ducking Usyk to tight a 0-0 boxing record mma fighter but gets laid out

Yeah, NOW you know.

Bet they were quite sure, before Ngannou, they knew how to evade haymakers.

But his haymakers are a completely different.
One lands, they go to sleep.

Rosenstruk had a very extensive kickboxing record before fighting Ngannou, and he was KOed in 20 seconds.

It doesn't matter if that fight happened in MMA, boxing, or kickboxing. The exact same thing would have happened.

Oh by all means, point out to me a more terrifying force.

I'm not uneducated / deluted, because I know there's a 'oh shit' factor of when fighters realize their opponent is blitzing, and its a completely different when its someone with the KO power of Ngannou behind it.

Gane said before his fight with Ngannou that he knows how to take Ngannou's power away and watching the fight it was obvious he did. You have to force Ngannou to be out of position and timing for his punches with movement and angles and Rozenstruik just stood flat footed in the middle of the octagon.

Fury will aim to do the same as Gane although I think Ngannou's best shot is probably just to bum rush from the opening bell.

Nothing badder about guys who won't fight a smaller opponent.

Inoue isnt fighting on this card so no

Yeah who would you.

I used to claim that every time i went into the ring. You are supposed to think like that
We are talkin about a forum that gets offended when a fighter says out loud they think they can beat someone

I don't mean to imply Fury isn't expecting or prepared for Ngannou's blitz.

I'm saying that's Ngannou's only chance of victory, even though Fury is expecting & prepared for it.

But several of Ngannou's MMA opponents were 'expecting & prepared' for it, and it wasn't enough. Ngannou has 1-shot KO power, and although Fury has been knocked down by '1-shot KO boxers' like Wilder, Ngannou has the power to have Fury carried out of a stretcher.

Yes, I'm saying Ngannou's haymakers are more powerful than Wilder's.

Again, am I picking Ngannou to win? No.
I'm saying this is Ngannou's only way to win, because every other way is a guaranteed lose against Fury.

The "battle of the baddest" shit is disingenuous and exploitative as fuck. How you gonna prove who the baddest is when one guy is having most of his skillset banned so that the other guy, who would probably lose otherwise, can win? Unfortunately as long as boxing offers these paydays for MMA names thats is how its gonna go. An endless line of MMA guys willing to make themselves and their sport look bad for money.

Boxing is king. Just the way it goes.
It's the pinnacle of combat sports.
It provides the biggest money on the table.
If playing a 1 on 1 game of basketball would net them $100m each.
They'd be playing basketball on Saturday.
