Chris faded after the break, although he had a first good half, calling out Vivek and getting the crowd to pop over the specific Pence question.

Vivek started off strong, but got creamed during a large chunk of the debate, getting talked over and dunked on by Chris. He is a pandering fool, and a lot of what he said was stupid.

Haley performed better than people thought she would, imo. Her performance will be talked about, whereas others will get little to no mention. Her shouting down Vivek energized the crowd.

Pence was all over the place. He didn’t sound coherent at times, and totally threw away debating etiquette, so much so that the crowd turned on him at one point. Vivek was an easy whipping boy, but other than fighting him, Pence didn’t standup and takeover.

Ron did enough to not be embarrassed. He was fine during the education and crime portion, yet flew under the radar throughout. He kept to his ‘we’re moving forward’ tactic to the point of looking weak. He evaded questions and was called out a few times by the moderators. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. I can’t remember his closing, either.

Let's have the kids concentrate on Math, Reading, Writing, Science, and Basic History until they get a bit more advanced. As optimistic as this debate was, the problem is going to be that the rank and file might still prefer Trump and chase that empty high all over again. Based on the cheering and booing, it's still Trump's race to lose...sadly.
