I agree and I say this as someone who wanted Strickland to win. I'm happy it was a split and other people think its close because that makes a rematch more likely.

Judges more times than not are going to give DDP that decision.

He was moving forward, being aggressive, scoring takedowns at the end of rounds.

Sean might have been landing cleaner strikes, and working his boxing better.. but judges will often times give the aggressor the fight.

Sean looked like he could have won that fight with more effort.. especially in rounds 3 and 4.

If he would have fought like he did in round 5, earlier in the fight.. I think that he had a really good chance of winning the decision or even getting a finish.
